These Terms of Engagement govern all services provided by Ayavuya Trading & Projects (Pty) Ltd. By accessing our platform or commissioning our technical hygiene services, you entering a binding legal agreement.

Service Level Performance (SLA)
Ayavuya guarantees 100% adherence to the customized hygiene protocols established during the technical audit phase. All cleaning, sanitation, and facility management tasks are measured against ISO-aligned checkpoints.
Liability, Insurance & Safety
We operate under a comprehensive Public Liability Insurance policy. All staff strictly adhere to the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) and specific Site Safety Rules provided by the client.
Limit of Liability
Liability is limited to the direct value of the service contract for the month in which any incident occurred, excluding indirect or consequential loss.
Payment & Commercial Terms
- Standard Payment Terms: 30 days from date of invoice.
- Annual escalations are linked to the Consumer Price Index (CPI) plus labor costs adjustments.
- Termination: Standard 30-day written notice required by either party.
Force Majeure & Operational Continuity
Ayavuya is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to industry-wide strikes, national disasters, or critical service interruptions (Loadshedding) that prevent safe operational access.
Governing Law
This agreement and any dispute arising out of such use of the website or services is subject to the laws of the Republic of South Africa. All disputes will be resolved through arbitration in East London, Eastern Cape.
